"We will have more greens, carrots, and beets coming soon. I am particularly excited about the Mizuna, that is looking so good. Mizuna is an Asian green, most similar in flavor to mustard greens. It is especially high in vitamin K and also has a lot of vitamin C, both of which benefit bone health and immunity. I’ll be in Winston Salem this Saturday at Cobblestone Market. I’ll be bringing my garlic and garlic braids, it’s a good time to stock up!  "
